Just a few frequently asked questions

  • What do I need to bring?

    Rooms 1 and 2 require a bathing suit and a towel or two (one to be used for sauna and plunge transitions) and the other to be used for post shower if you desire.


    Room 3 requires a towel for the red light bed.


     

  • Do I have to use all the services in the room that I reserve?

    Nope. When you book a room, you can use one of the services offered or all of them:) Do what best feels right for your body at that particular time!



  • Do I need to book an appointment or can I just walk in?

    All of our wellness sessions  are done  by appointments only.

  • What if I never cold plunged?

    We can change that today :)

    We would love the oppurtunity to coach you through your first experience. Just let us know!

  • How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

    Log into your account. Go to bookings. Click on cancel. As a reminder, we do have a 4 hour cancelling window. Proceed to reschedule appointment by going back to home page and selecting wellness room.
